• protecting the environment, preventing pollution, and minimizing significant environmental impacts associated with the use of hazardous substances, waste and wastewater generation, emissions, and water and energy consumption, while promoting the efficient use of resources;
• addressing risks and opportunities related to climate change, resource availability, and plant operational continuity within process planning;
• engaging and empowering personnel by encouraging their active participation in the Integrated Management System and developing the competencies required to operate in full compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards;
• continually improving the Integrated Management System, process quality performance, and the organization's environmental performance.
